Eboni Arnold – Creative Director, Instructional Designer, and Brand Consultant

A Message From Eboni

I founded Genius Media LLC in 2016 with a mission to use smart, intentional design to help people and organizations communicate with clarity and purpose. I’ve always believed that creativity isn’t just about making things look beautiful—it’s about making ideas make sense, helping people feel seen, and turning vision into meaningful impact.

As a mother, woman of faith, and lifelong learner, I bring compassion, curiosity, and conviction to every project. Whether I’m designing a brand identity, creating an animated video, or building an e-learning experience, my focus is always on helping others grow, learn, and lead.

Professional Background

With over a decade of experience in graphic design, instructional design, and UX, I’ve had the honor of designing for national nonprofits, educational institutions, DEI organizations, and corporate teams. My background includes:

  • Senior-level experience in branding, print, and digital design

  • Expertise in instructional design and e-learning development (Rise 360)

  • UX/UI design for web and mobile experiences

  • Leadership in creative direction and team collaboration

I’ve led design projects that support professional development, equity in education, inclusive leadership, and social impact—because that’s the kind of work I believe in.
